VPSA Oxygen

Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption oxygen equipment, referred to as VPSA oxygen production equipment. The mixed bed is formed by VPSA special molecular sieve(lithium-based molecular sieve) and the desiccant is used to selectively adsorb impurities such as nitrogen, carbon dioxide and water in the air, so that oxygen accumulates and collects at the end of the bed, and the molecular sieve bed with adsorption saturation state is desorbed under the condition of evacuation, so as to circulate the oxygen with high purity (90~95%)。

PSA oxygen production is separated by pressurized adsorption and atmospheric pressure desorption, and the VPSA oxygen concentrator desorbs the adsorption-saturated molecular sieve under vacuum conditions. VPSA is less energy-consuming, and more environmentally friendly than PSA.
