Fase de prepara\u00e7\u00e3o do p\u00f3 de peneira molecular<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Uma certa quantidade de soda c\u00e1ustica l\u00edquida ou m\u00e3e fumegante \u00e9 adicionada \u00e0 chaleira de rea\u00e7\u00e3o, aquecida \u00e0 temperatura de prepara\u00e7\u00e3o sob agita\u00e7\u00e3o e, em seguida, a temperatura do hidr\u00f3xido de alum\u00ednio \u00e9 adicionada a uma determinada temperatura. De acordo com o r\u00e1cio do processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, s\u00e3o adicionados seis tipos de materiais ao tanque de s\u00edntese e a rea\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 agitada durante cerca de 1 hora. A mat\u00e9ria-prima em p\u00f3 deste produto tem as caracter\u00edsticas do esqueleto da peneira molecular, mas os poros est\u00e3o cheios de uma grande quantidade de mol\u00e9culas de \u00e1gua, pelo que n\u00e3o pode ser utilizada diretamente. A fase de envelhecimento e cristaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do p\u00f3 de peneira molecular<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a agita\u00e7\u00e3o da pasta no tanque de s\u00edntese, esta \u00e9 bombeada para o tanque de cristaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, aquecida por vapor sob agita\u00e7\u00e3o, e a temperatura de aquecimento, o envelhecimento e o tempo de cristaliza\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o controlados de acordo com os requisitos do processo.
