La solution d'hydroxyde d'aluminium a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9e dans les conditions de pr\u00e9paration de l'aluminate de sodium. La solution d'aluminate de sodium filtr\u00e9e en deux \u00e9tapes est utilis\u00e9e pour synth\u00e9tiser la poudre de tamis mol\u00e9culaire.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>2. \u00c9tape de synth\u00e8se de la poudre de tamis mol\u00e9culaire<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>La section de synth\u00e8se contient six substances, \u00e0 savoir la soude caustique liquide, l'aluminate de sodium, la liqueur m\u00e8re, le silicate de sodium, l'eau et l'agent de guidage. Selon le ratio du processus de production, six types de mat\u00e9riaux sont ajout\u00e9s au r\u00e9servoir de synth\u00e8se et la r\u00e9action est agit\u00e9e pendant environ une heure. La poudre de mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re de ce produit pr\u00e9sente les caract\u00e9ristiques du squelette du tamis mol\u00e9culaire, mais les pores sont remplis d'une grande quantit\u00e9 de mol\u00e9cules d'eau, de sorte qu'elle ne peut pas \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e directement. Le vieillissement et la cristallisation de la poudre de tamis mol\u00e9culaire<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s agitation de la boue dans le r\u00e9servoir de synth\u00e8se, celle-ci est pomp\u00e9e dans le r\u00e9servoir de cristallisation, chauff\u00e9e \u00e0 la vapeur sous agitation, et la temp\u00e9rature de chauffage, le vieillissement et le temps de cristallisation sont contr\u00f4l\u00e9s en fonction des exigences du processus.
